Refund policy

Please note that our items are non-returnable, as they are custom-made. We are more than happy to process a refund instead, according to the following conditions:

Due to the fact that our journals are custom-made and personalised, we only accept refunds if the product is defective or damaged once received. 

If the product is defective or damaged, email us at hello@askindesignsco.com within 24 hours of delivery. 

Include in your email:

  • your order number
  • name 
  • the defect or damage 
  • an image of the defective/damaged product
  • your banking details

We will be happy to process your refund. 

Please ensure that all your customisations, spelling and details are correct when placing your order. Refunds will not be processed if customisations, spelling and details were not submitted correctly. 

If you would like to cancel your order for any other reason, please note that R50 will be deducted from the full amount to cover bank charges and order processing fees. Please only place your order if you are 100% sure.
