By making use of our services and ordering a journal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. These terms can be updated at any time. Please read the following carefully before placing your order. Should you disagree with our terms, refrain from purchasing our products.

Journals

  • We handcraft and sell personalised faith-based journals.
  • Every journal is made to order, printed and handcrafted on demand by Nikki and Kaylin in the comfort of their home.
  • Our business forms part of Christian ministry. We therefore do not make or sell journals that do not align with our personal values and beliefs.
  • Our journals may not be resold. They are either for personal use or for gifting.

Orders and Payment

  • Orders must please be placed on this website. Should you run into an issue here, we are happy to process your order over email. 
  • Online payment is made securely via our Yoco payment gateway. Payments over email are made securely by EFT.
  • Journal prices and shipping rates may change without notice.

Personalisation

  • Please double-check and ensure spelling of your name and custom text is correct. 
  • We are not responsible for any spelling errors submitted in customisation fields provided.

Shipping, Collection & Turnaround time

  • Our turnaround time is 7-14 days as all journals are printed and handcrafted on demand. This includes shipping time. 
  • We only ship in South Africa.
  • Delivery to your doorstep is fulfilled with The Courier Guy from R95. 
  • Point of collection is Bardale Village, Silversands, 7580, Cape Town. Should you wish to collect, further communication will take place over email or WhatsApp. 

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the personalised nature of our journals, we do not accept returns. 
  • Refunds will happily be processed under the following conditions
    • Noticeable damage done to the journal during shipping. 
    • We require a clear photo of the damage.
    • Damage has to be reported within 48 hours of receiving the journal.
