Terms of service

By making use of our services and ordering a journal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. Please read the following carefully before placing your order. Should you disagree with our terms, refrain from making use of our services. 

Products

  • We reserve the right to refuse an order of any journal for any reason. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse an order of any journal that does not align with our personal values and beliefs, as our business is built on a Christian, biblical foundation. 
  • We do not print journals, or any other documents designed by others or the customer. We only print and customise our own available A5 journals. 
  • Drafts of custom journals will be emailed to you within 48 hours of making your purchase. 

Customisations 

  • Customisations to our journals, notebooks and planners are limited. You may customise your cover design, colour scheme and overall theme. However, the layout of our journals may not be changed entirely. 
  • If you would like a logo on your journal, a permission slip with a letterhead from the company must be emailed to us. Logos must be submitted in PNG format. 
  • Customisations such as zodiac signs, evil eye, angel numbers, foul language or sexual innuendos will not be accepted. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse customisations that do not align with our personal values or beliefs. 
  • Journal covers designed by the customer will not be used but instead replicated, due to strict printing guidelines and measurements that need to be adhered to. 

How Customisation Works

  • Once you place your custom order on our website, we will email you a draft of your journal within 48 hours. This is to ensure you are satisfied and that we haven't made any mistakes. 
  • After you approve of your draft, we will start printing it asap. 

Delivery and Collection

  • We do not ship outside of South Africa at this time. 
  • Delivery is fulfilled through The Courier Guy from R100. 
  • Local delivery may take 1-2 days. Delivery outside of Cape Town may take 3-4 days. 
  • Point of collection is Bardale Village, Silversands, 7580, Cape Town. Should you wish to collect, further communication will take place over email or WhatsApp.

  • We do not accept phone calls due to the size of our team and the fact that we work from home. We answer emails promptly within 24 hours. Our phone number will only be given to customers who need it for collection.
