We offer small quantities of personalised, branded A5/A6notebooks and undated diaries and that are individually handcrafted. Perfect for:

  • Staff gifting
  • Event or conference giveaways

Our Specifications

In order to ensure we maintain high quality and functionality, these are our standard specifications. 

  • Minimum sheets: 150 (300 pages front and back) with silver, gold, white or black twin wire binders. 
  • Maximum sheets: 200 (400 pages front and back) with silver twin wire binders. 
  • 80 GSM white copy paper. 
  • A5/A6 hard board covers with silky smooth matte laminate finish 
  • Wire-bound with twin wire binders

Customisation & Branding

  • Every book is personalised making it unique to each staff member. 
  • Covers and inner pages can be customised according to your creative vision and branding. 
  • If you have your own design, ensure it is created in Canva Pro and shared in an editable format, preferably by Canva link. 

Quantity

Minimum: 10 Books

Maximum: 40 Books

Maximum MINI A6 notebooks: 100

For bigger quantities, kindly enquire by email and we will see if we have the capacity. 

Turnaround time

The whole process from design to print to delivery may take 4-6 weeks, depending on the quantity. 

Payment

We only accept full EFT payment upfront 

OR 

60% deposit upfront and 40% balance BEFORE delivery/collection. Failure to pay the balance will result in us withholding your order until it is paid.

Please note, we only start making the journals upon proof of full payment or proof of deposit paid.  

Approval Before Printing

Client will have the opportunity to view the digital journal design and make changes to it before we print. We only print if client is satisfied with the final design. 

Alternatively, client may order a sample first at the price per unit set on your specific quote.
